Whilst Nicole’s Dance Factory has the required levels of Public Liability Insurance and Duty of Care is always taken with students, I agree to release Nicole’s Dance Factory and all employees of Nicole’s Dance Factory from liability for any injuries to me/ my child while attending classes at Nicole’s Dance Factory.
You also acknowledge that at all times whilst attending Nicole’s Dance Factory classes both my property and my person shall be at your own risk and you shall not hold Nicole’s Dance Factory liable for any loss of life, personal injury suffered, loss or damage sustained to property or person, however such loss, damaged or injury may arise or be caused, including negligence on behalf of Nicole’s Dance Factory, it’s instructors and staff.

By completing and signing our Enrolment Form I am accepting the Terms and Conditions and Policy and Procedures.
We are unable to commence tuition without your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
You understand that Nicole’s Dance Factory is licensed, accredited and insured organisation. In the event that I should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my classes, I agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to Nicole Barone, owner, the administrator, instructors or staff members as soon as possible.

All fees are paid in advance for the Term in full.
There are no lessons held on Public Holidays.
No refunds are offered for missed term classes. Planned absences such as overseas trips can be discussed in advanced and arrangements made on a case-by-case basis.
Accounts will be charged the amount of $10.00 of overdue accounts fourteen days after the due date. If left unpaid, another fee amount of $10.00 is charged for every seven days afterwards. Financial arrangements can be made on a case-to-case basis.
All new students will be charged a $33 One-Off Joining Fee covering insurance and music licensing.
Payment of $10 Unlimited Trial Week will be deducted off your first week of Enrolment.
Any Showcase pull-outs after the listed date will be charged full Showcase fees.

Nicole’s Dance Factory reserves the right to take photographs/ video of any student whilst participating in dance classes/ activities run by Nicole’s Dance Factory for promotional purposes across various media including but not limited to Website, newsletters, social media and print collateral.

NDF is strictly a NO BULLYING ZONE – Bullying or harassment in ANY way, shape, form or media to students or staff will not be tolerated and serious consequences will follow.
No parents or friends allowed in class except on designated viewing days, with the exception of Teeny Tiny Tots class.
Food and/ or chewing gum is NOT allowed in studios.
Please be ready on time for class meaning hair, clothing, and shoes are on and ready before class begins.
Dress in the appropriate attire for your classes. Uniform is compulsory. (See “Uniform” on website)
The studio and office will be opened 10 minutes prior to the first class of the day.
Please be respectful of other businesses and neighbours surrounding.
Please watch when entering and exiting the NDF carpark. Street parking is available but please be aware that there is other business that share the parking as well.
Please ensure all property is clearly labelled, NDF and its staff are not responsible for lost property. We have a “Lost Property” bin that is emptied at the conclusion of each term and any uncollected items are donated to charity.
